1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Daily Study App (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Daily Study App is a personal study companion that helps users explore their patriarchal blessings by surfacing scripture cross-references, ancient language insights, conference talks, hymns, and other study materials. The App uses AI tools to generate suggestions and is intended as a study aid, not a doctrinal authority.

3. Account & Access

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register.
• New accounts require administrator approval before access is granted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at our discretion.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you submit, including your blessing text, study notes, and personal reflections. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it to you within the App, and to send it to AI services for the sole purpose of generating study insights as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to access another user's data.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to harass others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the App without permission.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to submit.

Donations are voluntary and are processed by Stripe. One-time and recurring (monthly) donation options are available. Recurring donations can be managed or cancelled at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from within the App. Donations are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

8. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
